Coastal Carolina's 25-game winning streak—and their postseason hopes—are still very much alive. The Chants defeated the Beavers 6-2 in their second game of the 2025 College World Series on Sunday night.

Ace pitcher Jacob Morrison brought his best stuff to the ballpark. He picked up the win, moving on to 12-0 on the year, and only allowed one run in 7 2/3 innings. At one point, Morrison retired 16 batters in a row.

The Chanticleers will face the winner of Oregon State and Louisville on Wednesday, June 18.
